MOVE YOUR BUTT FOR BOWEL CANCER!

Every bum deserves the chance to be silly, but being a silly bum is a privilege - bowel cancer is serious business. 

This February, I’m taking on Move Your Butt for Bowel Cancer to raise money to support vital patient services and fund research to stop bowel cancer taking the people we love.

Every month, 100 Kiwis lose their lives to bowel cancer. The rates of folk being diagnosed is increasing, with younger people in the at-risk category slipping through the cracks due to age recommendations for screening. 

Every dollar I raise for Bowel Cancer New Zealand will fund essential services for patients and survivors, such as counselling, physiotherapy, and financial assistance. These services provide the support and care that many people desperately need as they battle bowel cancer.

 It's not a glamorous disease, but it's killing our loved ones and we need to stop it.  

I’m asking for your help! Your donation, no matter how big or small, will help me reach my fundraising goal and provide life-changing support and research to help those affected by bowel cancer.

 We can make direct and positive change, from increasing resources to help younger folk get screened, to raising awareness of the symptoms and encouraging people talking about their bums, bowels and bits!
