Monday 2nd Feb
New tshirt arrived today... fits a little better! Walked 5kms today, mostly in the rain. Made me think of how some days are likely to be hard going for those living with Bowel cancer. It's comforting to know that some of the money raised supports them especially on their "rainy" days.

Sunday 1st Feb
Clocked up 6kms today in last year's tee shirt which now is rather large on me! That's what happens when working to become a healthier me!!
