Shaking My Butt to Fight Cancer

This February, I’m taking part in Move Your Butt for Bowel Cancer for a very personal reason.
Last year, I lost a cousin to cancer and that loss is something I carry with me every day. It’s a painful reminder of just how devastating this disease is, and how quickly it can take the people we love.

Every single month, 100 Kiwis lose their lives to bowel cancer. That’s 100 families changed forever.

By raising money for Bowel Cancer New Zealand, I’m helping fund vital patient services like counselling, physiotherapy, and financial support  the kind of care that can make an overwhelming journey just a little more bearable for patients and their whānau. Donations also go toward crucial research, so fewer families have to experience this kind of loss in the future.

I’m asking for your support. Whether it’s a small donation or a larger one, every dollar truly matters and helps provide life changing support to those facing bowel cancer right now.

It only takes a minute to donate, but the impact can last a lifetime. Together, we can help fight bowel cancer and make sure no one has to face it alone.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support 🧡
