Support my Move Your Butt challenge
This February, I’m taking on Move Your Butt for Bowel Cancer to raise money to support vital patient services and fund research to stop bowel cancer taking the people we love.
Because every month, 100 Kiwis lose their lives to bowel cancer.
Every dollar I raise for Bowel Cancer New Zealand will fund essential services for patients and survivors, such as counselling, physiotherapy, and financial assistance. These services provide the support and care that many people desperately need as they battle bowel cancer.
I’m asking for your help. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will help me reach my fundraising goal and provide life-changing support and research to help those affected by bowel cancer.

Day 2 & I'm upping my Challenge to 200km
Monday 2nd Feb Hey guys, thanks so much to everyone who has very kindly donated so far. I really appreciate you all getting behind me for a cause that is close to the heart and means alot to me. As most of you will know my husband Stephen was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer in December 2024 at the age of 32. He has spent the last year battling this horrible disease. After surgery and 11 rounds of chemotherapy it is looking like he has beaten it and is in remission.Thank you to my supporters

Great cause! I never knew about this sort of cancer til it hit too close to home. More education around this to help people see the signs would be great as the screening age is way too high.
